  2. Once registered you will receive an email with your new Miami address, account number and password.

  3. You can then login into your account and change the password to something that you will remember.

  4. Shop online and send your orders to address sent to you by email.

  5. You can log into your account anytime to see what orders have arrived at our Miami warehouse for you and choose the option to “ship” or “hold” for more items you are expecting and want to consolidate.

  6. We ship via air twice weekly from Miami. Once your cargo has arrived into Barbados and we have cleared it from the airport you will receive any email notification that your cargo is ready for collection as well as an invoice for the airfreight charges and if applicable duties and brokerage charges.

  7. Come to our office on Hincks street and pay your invoice and collect your items.
